About me
Over many years, Dr. Ann Beheler has been dedicated to helping educators build deeper relationships with employers to then better align undergraduate education to employers’ future employment needs using the Business & Industry Leadership Team Model (BILT) she developed. The approach applies to updating existing programs and has been especially effective in developing programs for emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and previously Cybersecurity. This work has resulted in a much wider pipeline of well-qualified job candidates and deepening business engagement with higher education programs nationwide. She is currently the PI for the Pathways to Innovation NSF grant based at the Center for Organizational Research and Development that focuses on scaling the BILT model to support innovation led by the institutions’ BILT teams. She has been a Dean in 2 states, a VPAA in one, and a faculty member at many colleges in addition to having corporate experience as well.
