About me
Iwinosa Aideyan is a third-year Ph.D. student in Computer Engineering at the Virtual Prototyping of Autonomy-Enabled Ground Systems (VIPR-GS) Center in conjunction with the US Army at Clemson University, with a research focus on automotive cybersecurity.
Her work aims to enhance the security of connected vehicles, concentrating specifically on over-the-air (OTA) updates, software supply chain security, and blockchain technology and privacy. Driven by the rapid rise of vehicle connectivity, Iwinosa's research seeks to address emerging cybersecurity vulnerabilities, ensuring both privacy and reliability in autonomous and connected vehicles.
Passionate about bridging the cybersecurity skills gap, Iwinosa actively mentors underrepresented students as a Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) member. She has organized workshops for students, fostering interest in automotive security, and is a graduate ambassador advocating for gender diversity in STEM.
