Chris Carter is a seasoned Cyber Risk Advisor and Certified Chief Information Security Officer, currently serving as CISO Partner at Infinite Partners. In this role, he collaborates with executive teams to develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies that help organizations proactively manage cyber risks.
Chris brings a wealth of executive experience, having previously served as VP & Head of Security at Captive Resources, where he led enterprise-wide security and risk management initiatives. As a Risk Advisor at Optiv, he provided strategic advice to Fortune 1000 clients, guiding them on cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation.
Earlier in his career, Chris was VP of Cyber Analytics at Zurich Insurance, where he directed the development, coordination, and execution of complex information security programs. He has also held several CFO roles with multinational corporations, giving him a unique perspective at the intersection of finance, risk, and technology.
Chris holds a Cyber Policy certification from Harvard, multiple industry certifications, a BS in Finance and Economics, and an MS in Information Systems.
